Features

Small app…serious measurement.

Six things it does properly — each one shown in the window that does it. Built on Accelerate and AVFoundation, the frameworks already on your Mac.

Pick one — the app follows

Tempo that survives a breakdown

Onsets are read across 40 log-spaced bands, so hats and snares define the grid — not just the kick. Metrical levels are scored explicitly. That's what stops 103 being reported as 137.

It knows your pack is detuned

Tuning is measured, not assumed. A loop sitting 40 cents off A=440 still resolves to the right key instead of smearing into its neighbour.

It says when it isn't sure

High, Medium or Unsure — with the runner-up named. “A minor, possibly C major” is a more useful sentence than a confident guess, and a much cheaper one to act on.

The wheel is built in

Every result carries its Camelot position and the keys that mix cleanly with it. No second app, no chart taped to the monitor — the next track picks itself.

True peak and LUFS, done properly

4× oversampled true peak and integrated loudness to ITU-R BS.1770-4 — the number streaming platforms normalise against. Real units, not an invented “energy” score.

Offline by construction

There is no network code to disable, because there is none. No telemetry, no licence ping, no local web server, and no firewall prompt on first launch.
